Please tell us a little bit about yourself:
My name is Evgeni, I’m from Belarus. I’m Roaster and Head Barista in Kitchen Coffee Roasters (Belarus, Minsk). This is my second victory and this time it is even more interesting for me to participate and to improve.

First Place Belarus Barista Championship 2016 & 2017 🙂

How do you see the coffee industry changing in the future?:
I think, most coffee people will progress in the direction of taste.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?:
Behind a roaster — this is very intresting for me now.
What are your interests outside of coffee?:
I like music and dance. Billiards. But I spend 90% of time with coffee.
